Apply LiBrow to the skin under the arch of your eyebrow and directly onto sparse or patchy areas.
- Remove the applicator from the tube and wipe off excess serum

- Allow serum to dry for 2-3 minutes before going to bed.
Do not apply to eyelids or eyelashes.
