19 Years of LiLash: A Letter from the Brand That Started It All 

This is a letter for the women and pros who’ve made LiLash part of their routines, and for anyone who’s ever wondered what 19 years of lash and brow transformations look like when a product actually becomes a part of how you show love to yourself. 

Dear LiLoves, 

Nineteen years ago, the beauty world felt very different. 

There were no lash-serum hauls on social. If you wanted more visible lashes, you booked an appointment for extensions or asked your mascara to do a little more than it reasonably could. 

In 2007, we launched LiLash Purified Eyelash Serum with one clear belief: There should be an eyelash serum brand you feel good about using near your eyes and keeping in your routine for years. 

We were one of the first cosmetic lash serums on the market. Two years later, in 2009, LiBrow Purified Eyebrow Serum arrived as the first cosmetic brow serum. Since then, more than millions of tubes have found their way into makeup bags and medicine cabinets. The LiLash story lives there, in the way people choose to care for themselves on ordinary days and big ones. 

This is our way of pausing to say thank you, share what we’ve learned, and give you a glimpse of what’s ahead.

How LiLash Started As One Of The First Cosmetic Lash Serums 

LiLash launched in 2007 as one of the first cosmetic lash serums on the market, and LiBrow followed in 2009 as the first cosmetic brow serum. 

Back then, there wasn’t a clear path for someone who wanted a more defined eye look at home, on her own schedule. There were mascaras and there were medical treatments. Not much in between.
