- Remove the applicator from the tube and carefully wipe off any excess product on the inside of the tube.
- Apply the applicator to the skin below the arch of the eyebrow in areas where brows are thin and sparse. Allow LiBrow to dry for 2 to 3 minutes before applying other cosmetics.
