Q: How do I apply LiLash™?
Apply LiLash™ to the skin of the eyelid as you would apply liquid eyeliner. Do not apply to the lower lashes. Please look at the Application Instructions for further information.

Q: How do I maintain my long lashes?
Use LiLash™ once daily for eight to twelve weeks. Once you are satisfied with your lashes, reduce use to two times a week.

Q: How long does a tube of LiLash™ last?
Your tube of LiLash™ will last for up to six months if used daily as recommended. Once opened, the formula will remain active for 12 months. Unopened, a tube of LiLash™ is good for 24 months.

Q: Will LiLash™ change my eye color?
The shades of green and blue that make your eye color unique to you will remain the same with correct application of LiLash™. Cosmetic Alchemy has never received any reports from our customers of a change in their eye color with proper application of LiLash™. Application Instructions

Q: My eyes are irritated, itchy, or red from the product, what should I do?
The skin surrounding your eyes is highly sensitive. Certain individuals may be sensitive to one or more of the ingredients in LiLash™. If mild or moderate redness or irritation occur, discontinue use of the product at least temporarily until symptoms resolve. Mild irritation can occur with incorrect application of LiLash™. Q: I noticed some skin discoloration where I apply LiLash™, should I be concerned?
Some customers have noted a slight darkening of the skin on the eyelid where they have applied LiLash™ over a prolonged period of time. In most situations this will naturally fade with discontinued use of the product.

Q: Is LiLash™ safe during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding?
LiLash™ has not been tested in all situations; therefore we do not recommend using LiLash™ during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Q: Can you use LiLash™ on your brows?
LiBrow™ works best to enhance your brows. Specifically formulated to thicken, fill-out, and darken the hair for bold, enchanting arches.

Q: What are the ingredients in LiLash™?
Water/Agua/Eau, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Prunus Amygdalus (Sweet Almond) Extract, Hydrolyzed Lupine Protein, Panthenol, Isopropanol Phenylhydroxypentene Dihydroxycyclopentylheptenate, Silica, Chlorphenesin, Caprylyl Glycol.

Q: How do I apply LiBrow™?
Apply LiBrow™ to the skin under the arch of your eyebrow or any area that is sparse or patchy. Please look at the Application Instructions for further information.

Q: How long does a tube of LiBrow™ last?
Your tube of LiBrow™ will last for up to 4 to 5 months with daily application. Once opened, the ingredients will remain active for 12 months. If left un-opened, 24 months.

Q: Tell me more about the brow tinter in LiBrow?
LiBrow’s™ patented brow tinter contains natural botanicals that gently darken your brows by enhancing the pigment of your natural hair color. Expect your brows to be tinted 1 to 2 shades darker for beautifully enhanced definition.

Q: Why can I use LiLash™ on my brows but can't use LiBrow™ on my lashes?
LiBrow was specifically created to enhance brow hairs. The potent formula works with the skin and hair in the eyebrow area and would be too intense for the delicate and extremely sensitive tissue on the eyelid.

Q: Is LiBrow™ safe during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding?

Q:How long will it take to receive my product?
Within the US, we will send your order out to you by UPS ground shipping. You will receive your product within 2 to 7 business days.

2nd-Day Air and Overnight shipping are available at an additional cost.

Q: Where do I find my tracking number?
We will send you an email confirmation when you process your order that will include your tracking number. If for some reason you did not get this email or misplaced your tracking number, you can find it in your LiLash™ My Account you created at the time of purchase.

If you check out as a guest, or through Paypal, you can Contact Us at Cosmetic Alchemy and we can give you your tracking number.

Q: After I place my order, how long before it ships?
All orders placed before 2pm Arizona time will be shipped the same day. After 2pm your order will be shipped the next business day.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide using USPS Priority shipping. Delivery time will vary in accordance with your country’s import customs, policies, and regulations. The status of your international order will only show the date your package left Cosmetic Alchemy and the date it is delivered to you.

Q: I received an error message. Did my order go through?
If you receive an error message on our website, more than likely your order did not process. You can go back to the LiLash™ Shopping Cart and place your order again through our website.

Q: My order declined, but my card was charged, what do I do?
If your card was charged, yet your order declined, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please Contact Us at Cosmetic Alchemy and we will finish processing your order.

Q: How do I return my product?
You will first need an RMA number. Create your RMA return number through your LiLash™ My Account. Follow the prompts to complete the return and use your RMA number as a reference number when you ship your product back to us at Cosmetic Alchemy.

If you checked out as a guest, or through Paypal, and do not have an account, you can Contact Us to give you an RMA number.
Terms & Conditions

Q: I have decided to return my product. How long until I receive my refund?
Within the time frame of our 90-day money-back guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with your LiLash™ or LiBrow™ product, you can send it back to us for a full refund minus shipping fees.

Once we receive your product, in most instances your refund will appear on your credit card within 5 to 7 business days.
